Really nice with long lasting battery time and a good app. App could be improved with more exercise categories, like HIIT, and features for tracking improvements in heart health,fat burning, and weight loss. But great ring and great value for money overall.

other smart ting and has a lot of great info for you to monitor your health. Most of the time i do not even know I am wearing it. It has a longer battery life than most other rings.
