How to use the activation code?

Your activation code is unique - store it safely and do not disclose it. Before activating your code, please update the app to version 3.5.0 or later. Activation codes are model-specific: Gen 2 for Gen 2 rings.

1. Purchase & get your code

Buy RingConn Care+ on the official website, then find your activation code in the order email or on the order page.

2. Open the app & navigate

Pair your ring with the app, then go to “Me” → “RingConn Care+”.

3. Input & activate

Copy and paste your activation code into the field, then tap “Activate”.

Here's how to get a new one

STEP 1

Open the app and go to “Me” → “RingConn Care+” → “Initiate Replacement”

Enter your RingConn app email, shipping details, and pay the shipping fee.

STEP 3

Once completed, sit back and wait for your new ring to arrive.

Replacement Details

1. Replacement ring does not include accessories, only the ring itself. The new ring will have the same size and color as the original.
2. A ¥1,680 shipping fee applies per replacement.
3. Once shipped, the old ring will be deactivated after 30 days for security reasons.
