If you don't know your size, please make sure to check the below process.
1. Order Your Ring
Place the order by selecting the "Order a Free Sizing Kit"option. We'll send you a sizing kit before your RingConn Smart Ring ships.
2. Sizing Kit Delivery
Anticipate the arrival of your sizing kit in 3 to 8 days(vary by location). The sizing kit enable to help you find your suitable size.
3. Test Your Size
Select your preferred finger for size testing. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend the index finger, middle finger or ring finger.
4. Confirm Your Size
Go to 'My Orders'to submit your size. If you don't have a RingConn account, please click here to sign up, using the email you used to placed orders.

If you’d like to trade in your old device, please follow the steps below:
1.  Select Your Device
Choose the device you want to trade in from the Trade-In section on the product page, and enter the correct SN code to continue.
2.  Get Your Trade-In Code
Proceed to checkout to obtain your unique Trade-In Code. Click “Buy Now” and complete your payment within 15 minutes—the code will expire after that.
3.  Complete Your Purchase
Finish checkout using your Trade-In Code. Your new RingConn device will be shipped once your order is confirmed.
4.  Return Your Old Device
After receiving your new device, send back your old one within 30 days. For the return address and full instructions, please visit our Trade-In Program page.

1. Each device (serial number) can only be used for trade-in once. Please keep your device’s serial number safe.
2. You must send your trade-in device to RingConn within 30 days of receiving your new RingConn product under the trade-in program. Below is a list of return addresses—you can choose the one closest to you. After completing the trade-in, the address list will also be emailed to you.
3. Before sending your trade-in device, please ensure that all personal data is erased. RingConn will not return any items sent along with your trade-in device:
