Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship exclusively within Japan from our local warehouse in Japan.
For international shipping to other regions, please visit our global site: ringconn.com
Shipping Fees:
- Orders over ¥3,000: FREE shipping
- Orders under ¥3,000: Flat shipping fee of ¥1,680
Delivery Timeline:
Delivered within 3-5 business days via Sagawa Express.
For 'Don't know my size' orders, we will send you the sizing kits first. Once you receive the sizing kits and confirm your size, please submit your size and color on the order page. We will then ship the smart ring to you within 2 business days.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?
If you need to change your RingConn delivery address, please contact us at cs@ringconn.com before finalizing your ring size updates.
Currently, it is not possible to update an address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact us for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one.
For orders that have already been shipped: Please contact carrier directly using tracking information.
Where Does RingConn Ship From?
All Japan orders are shipped from Japan or Hong Kong warehouse.
What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received
We suggest checking with your neighbors or reception. Alternatively, you can check with the carrier company using your tracking number.
If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photo or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
