The Activation Code expires 60 days after payment. Please activate it as soon as you receive
your ring. If your code has expired, please contact cs@ringconn.com.
If you request a replacement under Care+ during the coverage period, a $10 shipping fee will

Choose the device you want to trade in from the Trade-In section on the product page, and enter the correct SN code to continue.
2. Get Your Trade-In Code
Proceed to checkout to obtain your unique Trade-In Code. Click “Buy Now” and complete your payment within 15 minutes—the code will expire after that.
3. Complete Your Purchase
Finish checkout using your Trade-In Code. Your new RingConn device will be shipped once your order is confirmed.
4. Return Your Old Device
After receiving your new device, send back your old one within 30 days. For the return address and full instructions, please visit our Trade-In Program page.
